What do I about my medical bills I have as a result of being in a hit-and-run accident?
On September 29th, 2006 I was rear-ended by a drunk driver. He left the scene before the cops showed up. They tracked him down by his licence plate he left.
I have over 00 in medical bills and his insurance says it ‘is going to take some time to verify these bills - in the mean time you need to pay them - they are your financial responsibility.
What should I do? I can’t pay 00. The hospital and doctors have sent my bills to collections and I’m accruing interest. How do I get the insurance to pay for them? and SOON.

Go see a CAR ACCIDENT LAWYER and sue the son of a drunk driver. But talk to at least 3 lawyers. The first consultation is usually free.
Then sue his punk insurance company. They know they are wrong, but they just want to screw you some more. See the attorney. Piece of advice. Make sure you have a neck pain that will not go away. Know what I mean.
