What can a dentist do to close gaps in your teeth other than braces?
I ѕhουld bе going tο thе dentist sometime thіѕ month, аnd I’d lіkе tο gеt thе gap closed between mу two top teeth аnd two bottom teeth.
I’m 20 ѕο I don’t really want braces plus mу teeth аrе mostly straight.
Whаt саn a dentist dο tο close gaps οthеr thаn getting braces?
If the gap isn’t too big, you can get veneers. I’d recommend porcelain for esthetic areas. They cost a bit more but you will have them for a long time. Again… if the gap is too big you will probably have to wear braces for a while anyway… but if you need braces, there is always the option of invisalign (if appropriate for your case). They are clear and fit around your teeth. You can’t really even notice others are wearing them. Google them and take a look.
You can also talk to dentist about something that they put over your teeth, it won’ t close all the way bout will help…
You could always have braced put on the insides, no one sees them there.
You can get Invisalign
Its pretty cool. I have it and it like a piece of plastic that goes over your teeth. You change them once and a while and every time you change them they are doing something else to your teeth. Check it out, http://www.invisalign.com their a little bit expensive but i think they are defiantly worth it. Hope this helps you
