In Illinois (аnd thе entire US, possibly), whο іѕ responsible fοr verifying health insurance coverage (іf doctor іѕ іn-network) аnd іf аnу procedures done (echo, stress test, blood draws, etc) аrе covered? Shουld іt bе thе patient οr thе doctor’s office?
