You want to be careful about getting services after the break-up and before you are notified it is cancelled, because she might have the termination backdated. For instance, if you break up June 1st, but her employer doesn't notify the insurance to cancel your coverage until August, you'll show up as still being covered until August---BUT they'll tell the insurance to end your coverage BACK to June 1st, since that's when you were no longer eligible, since you broke up. So any services they paid between June and August, they'd collect back, leaving you liable. So it'd be best to not have services after you break up, even if the insurance tells you you're still covered---they may just not have been notified to cancel it yet.
