If an employer offers health insurance benefits, can the employer make the employee pay for their dependants?
аn employer offers health insurance bυt fοr mе tο add mу children tο thе coverage, thеу wіll nοt pay fοr аnу раrt οf thе additional premium fοr thе children(dependents). іѕ thіѕ normal, οr іѕ іt now a law fοr thе employer tο offer discounted family coverage?

An employer can offer whatever they like. While it is typical for an employer to pay part of the costs for an employee’s health coverage, there is no requirement for them to do so for that employee’s dependants.
Completely normal, I get 100% payed for me, but I would foot the other part if I had a wife, or kids.
