Hey guh! Step daddy told us that anything on your credit has to be payed off before you can qualify for a home loan. Whomever you are buying the house through will run your credit and tell you what you need to pay off in order to qualify!
Have them check all 3 credit bureaus b/c all 1 may have somthing that the other 2 don't have on them. All 3 have to be cleared.
Yes. If you have medicale collections it will affect your ability to buy a house. It may be a condition before you close to have those debts paid off. Better check your credit report and make sure that you don't have medical collections.
I always heard that medical bills have less weight then other types of bills like, bounced checks or utilities. I just got a loan, signed the paperwork today and they could care less about my medical bills, they really said they looked at the other ones more, but I still got the loan.
