I have never known a dentist who does not con you in to the above you have listed! Many of them are crooks! At one dental appointment, my dentist pocked one of my teeth with his pick, causing a small pain full puncture. Then 6 months later he tried to tell me I needed that same tooth to be filled in or it would rot. I told him to go f*ck himself.
