Benies: Painless shot appreciation, understanding financial concerns, Actual craft, general enjoyment of working with people that seem like old friends.
Stresses: Front office staff (incorrectly scheduled appointments), I guess insurance companies would be a stress, but I am happily no longer a "preferred provider" all but one insurance company, therefore, that is no longer a stress. Most stresses happen due to lack of communication, so I make sure I communicate very well.
