Can anyone recommend a REAL health insurance company?
I'm a 62 year οld retired male wіth diabetes. Thе bіg health insurance names won't cover mе, аt аnу price. I mаkе tοο much money fοr mу state's рlаn, аnd I've tried thе rip-οff health discount plans. I hаd 6 claims wіth thе last guys, аnd thеу didn't pay a penny. I'm 3 years away frοm Medicare.
health-quotes.isgreat.org – try this one. I have their health insurancs and as I know they can provide coverage with preexisting condition.
Right, you're not insurable.
So no, no one can recommend a REAL health insurance company, to cover a 62 year old diabetic. Any of the ones that would consider taking you at a silly high price, would exclude everything related to diabetes. If you have no insurance now, or no REAL insurance now, you will continue to be uninsured, until you can get Medicare – which MIGHT, actually, be sooner than 65 if you can get onto SSDI.
Many, many people your age get jobs at Walmart, JUST for the sake of the group health insurance. I think that's the position you are in.
And yes, you're right, health discount plans don't ever PAY anything. They just sell you a LIST.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but I don't think I'm telling you anything you don't already know.
There aren't any rip-off health discount plans. If you are offered insurance by someone then they have to cover you.
It is either that or they can be reported for fraud and in that case you can then sue them for damages.
In either case you are covered. Now, which one is which?
