Monosaturated oils like Olive oil actually raise only the good cholesterol. Good cholesterol has been shown to lower heart disease. A glass or two of wine has also been show to lower the risk of heart disease. Wine also includes antioxidants which can rejuvenate the body. Fish has been also been shown to be great for the body with healthy antioxidants such as Omega 3.
