		<description>I have Safeguard HMO for the last few years and I am happy with it.  They have good customer service.  If I were you, I will ask the dentist&#039;s front office person regarding the coverage of each plan and also take into consideration the amount of work you need done.  

Try doing the math on what the HMO and PPO will cost you.  Right now for me the HMO is more economical because the PPO premium is over $100/month and I don&#039;t need anything major done so over a one year period the HMO is more cost effective.</description>
