I am sorry, maybe I shouldn’t have used the word "discount". I read that the stimulus bill would allocate a certain amount of money to Cobra which would reduce the premiums by 65%. Just wondered if anyone knew when that would take affect.

My friend recently applied for a health alliance discount in cinncinnati, oH and her income was just over above the guideline, she does not have an insurence and applied for hospital assitance discount which is health alliance discount, and got disapproved as she made 30$ more then their income gulideline.
I had her call their customer rep, and the man refused to help and said sorry you made 30$ more and now you have to pay your bills, and there is no way you could be approved for more 100%

My husband's company wants to charge us /week for dental insurance. I would assume they are charging us 100% of the premium. It only covers 00 per year. How can a dental insurance company charge over the amount that they cover. per week would cost 92 per year. I'm just really pissed off right now. I thought it was a mistake at first, but turns out it's not.
Deductible is , 00 is the total coverage. Most things are only covered 60%.
